Waybook is a shared notebook for a trip, not a booking engine, not a travel agency, and not legal or financial advice. Use it with people you trust.

Your trips

You are responsible for what you add: bookings, notes, photos, and who you invite. An invite is a door. Only send it to people who should see that trip. Confirmation codes and addresses on a card are visible to everyone on that trip.

Free days and the subscription

A new account gets 30 days free, with no card. After that, Waybook costs $24 USD a year, tax included, paid by the trip owner. If you subscribe during your trial, your card is saved and first charged when the trial ends. In the last two days of a trial, subscribing charges right away, and the page says so before you pay. The subscription renews automatically every year until you cancel. A promo code, if you have one, is entered on Stripe’s checkout page.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancel any time from Account → Billing → Cancel subscription, or with the link in the email we send when you subscribe. Manage billing updates your card if a renewal payment fails. Your plan stays on until the end of the year you already paid for, and you won’t be charged again. Deleting your account cancels the subscription straight away. We don’t refund part of a year. If you were charged by mistake, write to support@mywaybook.app within 30 days and we will sort it out.

When a plan ends

Nothing is deleted. You and the people on your trips can still open and read them. Editing, live maps, weather and walk and drive times, suggestions and reading confirmations, and new forwarded letters stop until you subscribe again. You can still leave a trip, remove people, cancel invites, delete a trip, or delete your account.

Be decent

Don’t scrape the site, hammer lookups, or try to see someone else’s trips. We may pause or close an account that is hurting the service or other people.

The service

We run Waybook as-is. Map times, weather, and suggestions can be wrong or missing. Double-check anything that matters (a flight, a hotel, a reservation) against the original confirmation.

These terms

If we change this page, the date at the top will change. Using Waybook after that means you’re ok with the new note. Privacy is on a separate page.
